Creature Factory is a free, experimental digital toy for designing creatures in 3D and watching them move in a physics simulation. Everything runs in the user's browser: the website has no application server or database and does not receive or store the creatures, which are saved only in the browser itself. Nothing is sold and no service is contracted through it.

Use of the website is governed by the terms of use, and data processing by the privacy and cookie policy.

The design, texts, logo, parts and code of this website belong to Carlos Morales Aguilera, unless otherwise stated. The source code is published on GitHub for reference; publishing it does not grant any exploitation rights unless the repository includes a licence that allows it. The website uses open-source libraries (Next.js, React, Three.js, React Three Fiber, Drei, Rapier and Zustand) under their respective licences.

The creatures you design, their names and the screenshots you take are yours. Using Creature Factory does not give the owner any rights over them.

The tool is provided as is, with no guarantee of results. The owner is not responsible for how it is used or for any content created or shared with it; details are in the terms of use. The website links to third-party sites (moralescode.com, GitHub) whose content and policies it does not control.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Granada (Spain), unless consumer protection law establishes a different jurisdiction.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
